GEETA SETHI CHAIRPERSON ( MANAGING DIRECTOR )

Mrs. Geeta Sethi has been serving as the Chairperson and Managing Director of the Company since 10 October 2023. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall management and operations of the Company. With her extensive experience in business administration and corporate management, she plays a key role in driving business growth, strengthening corporate governance practices, and ensuring the achievement of the Company’s long-term objectives.

NARENDER MEMBER (PROFESSIONAL DIRECTOR)

Mr. Narender has been associated with the Company as a Professional Director since 11 July 2024. He possesses valuable professional experience in business management and corporate affairs. He actively contributes to the formulation of business strategies, policy decisions, and governance matters, thereby assisting the Board in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

VIVEK SHARMA MEMBER (INDEPENDENTDIRECTOR)

Mr. Vivek Sharma has been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since 14 September 2022. He brings rich professional experience and independent judgment to the Board. His expertise assists the Company in maintaining high standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder protection. He provides objective insights and guidance on strategic and operational matters.

PROMILA SHARMA MEMBER (INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR)

Mrs. Promila Sharma has been associated with the Company as an Independent Director since 14 September 2022. She contributes significantly to the Board by providing independent perspectives on corporate governance, compliance, and business strategy. Her involvement helps ensure transparency, accountability, and balanced decision-making in the overall management of the Company.

DEEPAK KUMAR BHOJAK MEMBER (INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR)

Mr. Deepak Kumar Bhojak has been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since 15 July 2014. With over a decade of association with the Board, he possesses extensive experience in corporate affairs, governance practices, and strategic planning. His guidance and insights have been instrumental in strengthening the Company's governance framework and supporting its long-term business objectives.

NITISHA TYAGI (COMPANY SECRETORY)

Mr. Nitisha Tyagi has been serving as the Company Secretary of the Company since 15 September 2022. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements. He plays a vital role in coordinating Board and Committee meetings, maintaining corporate records, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
